'The Colonels'

The Colonels caters to weekend getaway couples, parents, faculty and alumni of the University of Georgia (UGA) or visiting from other universities.

 

Visitors of the Classic Center and international and local tourists on the Georgia Heartland and Antebellum trails will enjoy a stop at Angel Oaks Farm and most possibly a wonderful overnight stay at its marvelous mansion.

Conference delegates, university researchers, but also business travelers, who are tired of hotels and motels, will enjoy our convenient location, hospitality, high speed wireless internet and the home-like but distinguished atmosphere presented at The Colonels.

 

Georgia Bulldog and other sports fans will find The Colonels very conveniently located near their favorite event locations.

 

 

We are now also able to offer competitively priced but very convenient and high standard accommodation for bridal parties and we can organize a most memorable honeymoon or anniversary arrangements.

 

Angel Oaks Farm offers facilities for travelers with horses.

 

 

Stalls, Pasture and training facilities are available on a limited basis to our guests. Special arrangements are required.

 

Occasionally, we would consider exclusively reserving the entire upper floor of the mansion to small distinguished groups, e.g. family reunions, retreats, business meetings.
